Cancellation & Refund Policy

Roshio Perfumes believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained
    once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 2 days of receipt of the products.

  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within
    2 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

  • In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not India, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges or Replacement

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and received, Replacement will be delivered with 15 days.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. refund will be processed within 5 Business days, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
